1. What countries do you ship to?

For now, we are shipping in India but very soon we will be expanding our operations globally.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

For now, we are offering only exchange of products. You can call on our customer service number to make a claim to exchange in case damage product is received.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

You will receive your product within 3-4 working days PAN India.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards and COD.

5. Do you have gift packaging options?

Yes, gift packaging option is available and you can enable it while checking out.

6. How long does order processing take?

We process your order within 1-2 working days.

7. How do I cancel/modify an order?

8. How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the tracking number of your order on our delivery partner's official website.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?

You should always make and send a video to us while opening the product parcel. Within 1 hours we will dispatch a replacement for you.
